Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the parts we install. Our goal is to provide dependable repairs using OEM or equivalent-quality replacement parts while giving you confidence after your service appointment.
What homeowners should know first
We believe in doing the job right the first time. If something is not right, we will make every reasonable effort to review the issue and resolve covered concerns promptly and professionally.
If you are not satisfied with the service you received, contact us within 30 days of the repair. We will review your concerns and make every reasonable effort to resolve them promptly and professionally.
Repair labor performed by Premier Appliance Repair is covered for 90 days from the date of the original repair.
If the same repair fails because of our workmanship within the 90-day warranty period, we will return and correct the covered workmanship issue at no additional labor charge.
Replacement parts installed by Premier Appliance Repair are covered for one year from the date of installation against defects in materials or manufacturing.
We use OEM or equivalent-quality replacement parts. If a covered replacement part fails within one year, we will replace it with a comparable eligible replacement part, subject to manufacturer or supplier warranty availability.
Repairs are quoted before work begins. You will know the repair price before authorizing the work, with no surprise repair charges.
If the issue is covered under this warranty, there will be no charge for the covered repair.
If the issue is unrelated to the original repair or excluded from warranty coverage, the standard service-call and repair charges may apply.
This warranty applies only to the original customer and the original installation address listed on the service invoice.
Some replacement parts may also be covered by manufacturer or supplier warranty terms. Those terms vary by part and supplier.
Premier Appliance Repair will make reasonable efforts to assist with eligible manufacturer or supplier warranty claims when practical.
Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to correcting covered workmanship issues or replacing eligible covered parts.
Premier Appliance Repair is not responsible for food spoilage, loss of use, water damage, incidental damages, consequential damages, or other indirect losses resulting from appliance failure.
